Tumeric Tea
I finally got my period after depo ran out in April. I was using vitex for about 3 weeks and it was making me put on weight. I decided to use something else and searched the internet. I saw that tumeric tea can help with irregular periods and I also had some in my fridge so i grated a teaspoonful and added a half cup of hot water. I had it just before bed and another cup upon waking next morning. That same morning I started my period.
