Increased nausea and vomiting after Chemical pregnancy?

Kennedy

Hey guys! So I’m very confused and emotions are all over the place. About two weekends ago I woke up ‘feeling pregnant’. I already have one daughter and I just had this like gut instinct. I wasn’t due to get my period for another like 10 days so I didn’t end up testing until a few days later (my cycle is very off and irregular) but when I did I got a really faint positive. Even though it would have been still extremely early I ended up texting my doctor and telling her and because I’m very high risk she wanted me to go get an HCG blood draw asap. That night I started to have some light cramping/bleeding but the next morning started having heavier bleeding. The nurse called at around noon and said that my HCG was less than 1- so not pregnant. Talked to my doctor and she said chemical pregnancy. I ended up bleeding heavily for about a day and a half in total. Never any blood in the pads but as soon as I went to the bathroom clots that looked like they were mixed with cervical fluid came out. Here is where my confusion is: since the bleeding has stopped I have had major nausea and have thrown up a handful of times. I read that after having a miscarriage it is sometimes normal to do the changing HCG levels, but my levels were already at 1 before the nausea began. I feel so tired and just run down feeling. No cramps or bleeding and despite the nausea have had a lot of cravings! Has anyone had a similar experience? Is this normal? Thank you!
