Need opinions please! BFN and no AF

I'm at day 44 of my cycle which usually ranges from 31-38. Never been this late before. Took 2 tests today with 4hr urine hold and they were both negative. But I've been cramping all week and really thought I was.... Has this ever happened to anyone else??
