Mature follicles on Femara

I took it for days 2-6 and I now have 2 mature follicles on my right ovary and 2 on my left! The doctor said I should ovulate early this cycle by the looks of things. I’m scared that this many mature follicles increases my risk for multiples, which he did already explain that’s a possibility.

Note I already ovulate on my own.

Who has become pregnant with twins or more?
