Questions about dealing with SEVERE CRAMPS
I have always had horrible cramps ever since I started at 13 yrs old. I am now 20 and my parents are trying to keep me off birth control. I know some basic stuff like, Peppermint tea, pain meds, hot pad on the stomach. The only issue is that I still feel severe pain on pain meds and I’m not sure what the strongest over the counter meds are.
