Need some advice ladies !! 😅

Hi ladies! I need some help since none of my sisters or mom seem to want to help.. but i started taking the depo birth control shot in November last year. I had to take it every 3 months so i had another shot on February. But after that i decided to stop taking it because it messed with my body. I havent had a period since i first started back in November, not even a drop. & i even took a pregnancy test in march just to be sure i wasnt prego. Lol but its august already and i havent had a period since recently, i had sore boobs for a week, i got lots of pimples, horrible back pain, moods.. the usual period symptoms & i ended up having horrible cramps at work and (FINALLY) my period. But i didnt bleed alot. I was expecting ALOT but nope (tmi) i didnt even stain. The tampon was still half white (again sorry for being gross) so im like thinking is this my period coming back or should i take another pregnancy test? Idk ladies what do you think? What should i do? Anybody experienced what i did?? HELP😅😅😅😅
