Charting temp with PCOS
I think I might have PCOS, I’m waiting to see my doctor but I need to know. So I have been getting my period every 2 months. Only 2 periods in the last 6 months still waiting on the 3rd period.
But I want to start tracking when I ovulate ttc, does anyone know how I can do this the right way? I know zerooo about temp charting please HELP!
