I bleached and dyed my hair blue (3 months ago) and i dyed it back black a couple weeks later. Since then I’ve been using coconut oil on my scalp and ends, i use a leave in conditioner (Garnier ) and i trim my ends every couple weeks.

I wanna get a curly perm again eventually, but i wanna make sure my hair is healthy and won’t fall out . What products should i use to have my hair healthy again? Picture to show how my hair is now you can see it’s very dry .
