No tracking this month

So I don't want to track anything this month such as OPKs and BBT just cause I always get in my head with them and stress my body out a lot!

Today is cycle day 9 and my cervix is high and soft and seems tad open however my CM is white and milky but has some stretch to it. Should we start to BD?
