Advice please

Ladies how many days after a missed period have you gotten your BFP? I'm 3 days late and still no sign of AF but also Negative results. Im pretty positive I know when I ovulated I test and temp but AF is NEVER even a day late not once for the past year .. im so confused. Also had a tubal in November and im so scared . Thanks!!
