My feet always do this after work & my blood pressure is normal. My doctor said to be concerned if hands or face swell also

Its only the 1 foot and my bp is normal 106/64. When I poke it it just feels tingly. I called the dr but im waiting on a call back 😕

If it’s just one foot you are fine! drink water and throw your legs up.. if when you poke them you don’t feel much or just a tingle call doctor going to need you bp checked asap!
