Im kind of freaking out

I’ve heard from a few people that hospitals are requiring you to wear a mask through your whole labor and birth?? I get anxiety wearing them in general but I put up with it for as long as I can, I felt very claustrophobic while giving birth to my son because of all the monitors hooked up to me, so I cannot imagine being forced to wear a mask.

Do they really make you??
