PCOS Questions???

Question

One of the side effects from PCOS is acne and ingrown hairs (which usually causes acne) for those with these 2 symptoms, what do you do to help clear the acne and the ingrown hair?

I tweeze my lovely hairs as soon as they start coming in. Also, I've found a product made by Arcona called Tabula Rasa. It really helps with acne, ingrown hairs and generally irritated skin. It stings a little going in, but I feel like that's how I know it's working lol. M
They also make acne products that I like too. A bit spendy but worth every penny.

I had that problem too but once I started taking vitex my skin problems and hairy problems slowed

There are three things that work for me:
- drink at least 64 oz H2O per day
- I wash my face with dr Hauschka gentle cleansing milk 
- diet: no sugar or refined carbohydrates

I wrote about the acne side or things in a post. If you can't read it I can try to copy and paste. I found something that has cleared up my huge, cyst-like acne on my jawline.
