What are your birth plans??

I really want to look into a birth center but just wondering what is the popular choice & if you have reasons why! Thank you! First time mom here so looking for all the advice! 💜

Not to judge anyone who chose not to have meds, but my doctor said that epidurals can actually help with the birthing process more than just pain. Since you aren't in so much pain you're more relaxed which makes it easier on your body and faster. But you do whatever you're most comfortable with! The best birth plan is a FLEXIBLE one.

No drugs this time. I’ve done that twice. And this time I’ve learned so much about natural birth and the amazing things our body can do and are made to do there is no way, barring medical emergency, that I’d get an epidural at this point.

I planned for unmedicated, non-induced hospital birth. I ended up induced with an emergency c-section

When and if I have a child i choose birth center over hosp.. and I will be having a more in depth plan written out. I dont want to be at a hospital forced or controlled to do what doctors want and when they want. No thank you
