I’m 34 weeks 3 days today. I have an ultrasound and cervical check when I’m 36 weeks. I’m getting super anxious because I don’t have family close by to take care of my son while I’m in the hospital. My sister is the closest which is 2 hours away but she has a job. My mom offered to come but she’s very limited with lifting due to having metastatic breast cancer which has left little fractures in her spine. I have no one else to care for my son while I’m recovering. Have any of you had a scheduled induction so it was more convenient for family members to be present to take care of your kids? My sister is off on weekends so I was hoping my doctor could schedule an induction on a Friday so I could be home before the weekend is up. I don’t know what to do and it’s stressing me out.
