Would this be considered spotting or period?

Hi ladies I’m currently just odid the Provera challenge for 10 days and they said I will know if it’s working if I get a period after stopping the pill I’m on day 12 since taking my last pill and started having some bleeding would this be considered a period or is this just spotting trying to figure out where I’m at so I can tell my OB She said spotting doesn’t Count as a period after taking it so trying to see where I’m at. Any advice would be appreciated currently just using and liner no pad needed
