Hot flashes?

Over the last 48 hours I’ve started getting hot flashes. They’re sometimes accompanied by headache (feels like a hormone headache), dizziness or nausea. Anyone else get this? Is this a sign Aunt flow is coming 😩

I’ve been having this and I’m thinking it could just be hormone regulating back out. My son is 11 weeks, so I’m really hoping it isn’t a sign of my cycle coming back. We breastfeed exclusively so hormones would make the most sense.
