C section at 34 weeks

I went into l&d this morning because I was having a decrease in fetal movement for several days. What I didn’t realize was that my blood pressure was dangerously high. I have preeclampsia. My doctor thinks the safest option for my son and I is to go ahead and deliver. I am having a c section tomorrow afternoon.
