I drank two cups a day until I started my coffee aversion. That’s about 200mg of caffeine give or take. I drank 2 cups my whole pregnancy with my third baby, and 1 cup a day with my second baby. My first, I had a coffee aversion too. Enjoy your coffee if you can drink it!
