Is it possible to not being able to orgasm?

I'm 20. I've never had an Orgasm before and not even been close to one. For some reason stimulating my clit during Sex and Masturbation doesn't work.
Is it possible that my body just isn't able to orgasm?

It seems pretty unlikely that that's the case. From my understanding, a lot of women have this issue. If your only used to using your hands, perhaps try a sex toy. Vibrators and clitoral sucking toys work best imo.
I know some medications can also cause issues with libido and achieving orgasm. For me, Prozac made it incredibly difficult for me to orgasm and  when I could manage it, they weren't as strong.
Speaking of, kegels can help strengthen orgasms, though I'm not sure if they can make it easier to reach orgasm. Worth a shot either way?
If you're really worried about it, you can (and should) always talk to your doctor.
