Silly question

If a guy cums in a condom and he pull its out, takes it off and all the cum is at the tip would it be safe to say there was no condom break or tear? I literally seen all of it at the tip.. plus this happened on the last day of my period August 8th and I ovulate on the 16th.. and I also have a 28 day cycle.. would you guys worry about pregnancy?
