Placenta Previa?? Anyone else??

I’m 8 weeks currently and woke up with some bleeding. I wouldn’t call it bright red but it definitely wasn’t pink. I go to the doctor and baby looks perfect and heartbeat 170. Doctor said I may have placenta previa but couldn’t tell from the ultrasound. I hadn’t had sex in longer than 48 hours before the bleeding. I just really don’t know what to expect. My first pregnancy was perfect and this one is really stressing me out 🙂🙃

I had it with my first pregnancy. Good news is more cases resolve themselves that are caught this early. I was able to have my home birth as mine resolved at 37 weeks. Don’t freak out just yet and take it easy. I’m sure they told you at the doctor but if you’re already bleeding no sex right now as it can cause bleeds and no lifting too heavy. Good luck mama I’m crossing my fingers for no previa this go around 🤞🏻

I bleed after sex bright red, but the said baby was healthy and the heartbeat was stronger then a couple days ago. And it was done after I cleaned up, and that second day I spot super light not a lot. But everything was fine. I was told that cervix can be super sensitive when pregnant. My friend who’s going thru the whole having period like blood the last 4 months and still pregnant is crazy. Bleeding is scary when pregnant, I hope everything is good. 💓👶🏻💪🏼

My friend had placenta previa and everything turned out just fine 😊 she just had a lot more monitoring than the usual pregnancy and couldn’t go into labor naturally. The placement of the placenta can move though before you go into labor so fingers crossed that’s the case for you!
