Bleeding on cd 19: ovulation or implentation?

I am on cd 19 - Glow said I had ovulated on cd16 but all my opk were négatif and I think I missed my surge. Severe cramps and lot of ewcm on cd14 - this morning I got this bleeding! What can it be please?
