What do you feed your little ones ages 7/8months
For breakfast need some new ideas shes goinf off her porridge
I was told only whole milk when cooking when it reaches a high temperature or like in scrambled egg which she has for lunch sometimes so not on something like rice crispies, weetsbix ect
She has a yogurt with dinner sometimes but i was told dairy is important at this age
