Baby’s breath changed

Yesterday my 12 month old’s breath suddenly changed. She has 4 teeth which we brush daily and I clean her mouth throughout the day with a wet cloth. She is fed breast milk through bottles. And she drinks water after each bottle to wash it down. She’s eating some finger foods like apple puffs and Cheerios, steamed carrots, some baby foods but not a lot. She’s in feeding therapy because she had an overactive gag reflex and has developed a feeding aversion.

I sterilize all her toys and bottles each morning.

It’s not like bad breath. It’s just different. Almost sweet but not really. Hard to explain not sure what to compare it to.

No fever. Doesn’t seem sick at all. Waiting for an appointment call with her ENT doctor. My husband has been deployed for 6 months. I’ve been completely alone with her this entire time and no one else can confirm it has changed. :/ but I know it has.

Anyone have experience with this ? Should I be worried at all or is it normal for this to happen?
