OPK - HELP Please

This is my first cycle trying OPKs. I am on cycle day 8. I used one yesterday and today.

1. At what point do I start testing twice a day or should I start twice a day today?

2. As soon as I have a positive I should have sex that day and the next 2 days?

Please any information will be helpful
