Has anyone given birth by being induced but not dilated at all?

I was at 37 weeks. They used cervidil on me than got me started on pitocin.

I had to be induced on my first due to waters breaking and meconium. I started at 0.5cm but only went to 2cm- ended up emergency section, which is prob not what you wanted to hear! I don’t think my body was ready to give birth which is why the induction didn’t work. Hoping this time to go into labour naturally and have a vbac 🤞🤞🤞
