Baby doesn’t like when we touch face or head

My DS is 7.5 months old and he absolutely hates when we touch his face or head. He won’t allow us to touch his face, and head. Keeps pushing our hands away with his. I am really concerned is it normal or is it a sign of autism. First time mom here . Please guide me
