Ovulation after stopping the pill

I am 32 years old and my husband and I decided to stop birth control on July 20th (my birthday gift to myself 😉) with about 3-4 pills left before the placebo pills. I haven't had my period yet. I've never tracked ovulation, and didn't notice changes really back when I was on the pill, but I did notice around 8/1-8/4 very sensitive nipples, like didn't want them to be touched. Even the shower water running on them was a little uncomfortable. I tried to analyze my CF during that time as well, and though inexperienced, was thinking maybe I was ovulating.

Could I be/get pregnant before having a period coming off the pill? Don't want to get my hopes up...but they night be a little :)

Thanks for responses!
