6 weeks pregnant - constipation! TMI - No Photos
Hi,
Suffering bad with constipation. Been trying to go to the loo for 4 days now. It's there but too hard to pass. Scared if I push too hard I will damage the baby. I get pelvic and lower back pain while on the loo.
Is anyone else suffering this as a symptom? Any ideas to relieve it?
