My bf and I have been trying to conceive for the past month, I’ve been having symptoms like nausea, headaches, bloating, lower back aches, and my breast are swollen. My period is supposed to comes in 2 days but I’m starting to bleed bright red blood. I’m having cramps too. Theirs no blood clots it’s just red watery blood.

Can this be a miscarriage, implantation bleeding, or could it be my period?
