Hey ladies

I am currently 4w6d pregnant. This is my rainbow baby. I am struggling on make a discussion on telling my boss now. So here is my situation. I am a nurse and working in the ICU where we currently have Covid patients. I just found out that I am pregnant. The last time I dealt with a Covid patient was 1 1/2 weeks ago. I am scared even more due to me being pregnant. I don’t have a appointment until September 1st. I will have to wait until than to talk to my doctor and to get her advice. But my question is should I or should I not? Tell my nursing manager now or should I wait a little bit? My nursing manager is really cool but I dont want to jinx anything until is am 3 months. What should I do?
