The only issue with food poisoning is if you’re throwing up or having diarrhea too much it can cause you to be dehydrated which can affect the baby.
Just keep drinking lots of water and you’ll both be fine!

Um yea food poisoning can hurt anybody

Not usually. Like the others said, keep hydrated. I had it while I was pregnant, the throwing up was much worse, but keep drinking fluids and electrolytes and eat when you can, even something like soup and crackers that will be easy on the stomach.
