Immunization records for adult?

I was born in Texas and looking to enroll in college, but for health science, I need my shot records... HOW THE FUCK do I get those? Help 😞 do I call the hospital or the health dept??? Will they even still have those? I’m 24.

Check with the health department. Even if you didn’t get them there, they should have record of them.

I got my old shot records when I got my high-school transcripts. 
I went to the school board and requested my documents. I got an "official" transcript which was sealed and stamped and then just a copy of my transcript and they also had my shot records.  I'm 32, this was over 10 years ago.
