Cycle confusion
So I know it takes a while after getting off of birth control for your body to get into its cycle and rhythm. I've been off for 11 months I've had four periods since. Now I am charting with opk's and temperature charting and it says I ovulated on day 8 of my cycle. Now on day 11 I have watery to egg white cervical mucus and I feel some side cramping. I don't know if I'm ovulating again? Any words of wisdom out there?
