Meal replacements?

Hi guys!

So I work Monday-Friday and most mornings I don’t wake up early enough for breakfast so for the past few weeks I’ve been doing meal replacements. I also have PCOS so I also want to lose some weight.

I do get full from the shakes, but by lunch time I am absolutely starving. It’s about a 5 hour gap. I tend to get sick if I don’t eat..headaches, nausea, shaky etc...so I was just wondering if maybe I should be snacking or eating some fruit or something along with the replacement.

I really just need tips on how to work the shakes into my everyday without feeling like I am starving.
