Quick stabbing pain in uterus?

So all week I’ve had small noticeable mild cramping on & off in my uterus area but last night I had this quick stabbing pain in my uterus that felt like lightning jolted around my whole uterus 😳 it kinda hurt and had me stood still for a second like woah . Been having bad lower back pain and super bloated! 
According to the app I’m 13 dpo tomorrow. Anyone felt that quick stabbing feeling and got a BFP? Praying for my rainbow baby 😩🙏🏻🔥

Ask an OB about ovarian cysts 
They can come and go with your  cycle 
 If irs painful often don't wait. 
I almost died from  complications with one and wish I had listened to be more insisant about my pain levels. If I had, I'd still have my other ovary.
