Boyfriend feels pregnancy symptoms ?

So out of the blue my boyfriend has been sneezing like crazy and have been super congested. I’m waiting a couple days to test ! Has any of your partner felt the symptoms? 
My previous pregnancy (ended ectopic) he was sooo tired all the time lol. 
Could this be a symptom?

I really don’t think so, symptoms don’t magically transfer to your boyfriend. It might really just be a coincidence but your boyfriend is not pregnant so he cannot be having pregnancy symptoms. How many dpo are you?

My husband gets ‘symptoms’ even when we aren’t around each other! We joke saying we’re connected and soulmates for feeling the same way 😂
