Implantation bleeding...?

Hi ladies. So my boyfriend and I are trying to conceive for my first time... my period is very regular, I’m not sure if I’m having implantation bleeding or I’m just ‘spotting’ in the beginning of my period. The blood is very light in color, and I’m not even filling up a small pad, and no blood goes in the toilet (maybe one or two drops) but it’s on the toilet paper. I thought maybe I’ll pick up on bleeding by now if it’s my period but idk, I started the bleeding 5 hours ago. I’ve been nauseous and my boobs been sore.. 😰
