Sit in a warm bath with epsom salt a few times and they clear up!

I get these often. DO NOT USE HEAT. It will make it swell and not always pop on it’s own. I was a cook and around the oven all day and it swelled up to the point I almost needed surgery.

I get these too ,try warm milk on a rag and place on boil and leave for 20 mins it will help it to pop on own
