I literally feel my insides sore... I didn’t even go in for that, I went to get a refill for my birth control. The nurse asked if there’s anything that concerns me and if I wanted her to have a look so I said yeah why not. I told her I’ve been tested and everything before but never been to an actual gyno so I had no previous experience with a speculum. She said not to worry, I laid back on the table and she just shoved it in and opened it up. No warning, no nothing, didn’t even try to be somewhat gentle as I told her it was my first time. I screamed. I was in so much pain I teared up which never happens to me. Literally don’t want to go to a gyno ever again, it was awful... It’s the next day and I still feel sore
