Pregnancy and running
Last year I was working out on a cross trainer 3 times a week, in March I took up running and was running 3 times a week (instead of the cross trainer). I was following the couch to 5k app and was doing the 25 minute runs when I last went. I haven't been for about 2 months due to one thing or another. I'm currently 6+6 and was wondering if it would be safe for me to start up again? I know they advise not to take up new exercise but I'm not sure the running would be classed as new even with having 2 months off. What do you guys think?
