I know most people say children don’t get fevers while teething but I was wondering if any other mamas could relate.

* I’m a first time mom and this is a big deal to me my son has only been sick one other time so please no negative comments I’m just trying to get some feedback

I also am aware that his temps aren’t fevers in babies it’s just concerning to me

So 2 days ago he spit up a tiny bit in the car and later in the day he had a temp of 101 so I called his dr he said it was a virus and call if he can’t breathe etc. Yesterday and the day before he threw up again what looked like curdled milk? But he maintained a regular temp then it went up again to 99 in the afternoon and then 101.2 right before bed and in the night it went down to 99.3, now this morning after Tylenol it’s down to 98.4 and he is getting two teeth at the same time on the top. Has anyone else’s kid had a fever while teething or does this sound like he has something? We are also trying to wean him from formula if that helps to add.
