Am I wrong

I won’t his help at night just for one feeding. But he always say because I work I cant help you. This is both our child and because you work does not mean being a parent stop. I don’t ask for shit else I don’t even ask for help during the day when he home. I’ve had enough my baby is 5 weeks and I’m tempted to put him out it’s my house and I have a great career so will be fine without him. This morning we had a big blow out fight because I asked him to hold her while I piss because she was being extra fussy he said “ no I can’t hold her I need to leave for work in an hour” I was so pissed I’m at my ends with him. I even said can you just get up one night a week and help and he doesn’t. So I decided since his car is in my name I paid for it I had it towed from his job back to my house ( also paid for the house) I’ll be a single mother before I let him think he can sit around and not even hold his crying child for 40 seconds
