Taking Cara babies method
I’m so tired and just down about my daughters sleep situation. She’s 20 months old and it’s big getting better. A friend has recommended “Taking Cara Babies- ABCs of sleep” I am scared to try it for a few reasons
-my daughter is 20 months old, so she has a lot of fight in her
-I have to do it on my own
-how hard will it be since she’s older
Has anyone done this method or similar with a similar aged baby?
