Tantrums?

My 9 month old throws full on tantrums. Kicking and all! Especially when I turn off her baby bum show lol! Like a full on melt down! Anyone else having tantrums??

Yes since she’s crawling we’ve started saying no and taking things away from her and then she turns into a drama queen. She’s my first so I can’t help but laugh and give her all the cuddles and kisses then 😄

Mine has tantrums if I don’t hold her when she wants. But I let her cry. She also gets so mad if she finishes her food 🤣

Mine has learned if she’s near her big brother and screams or cries we’ll rush to her (because we think he’s done something to her). The majority of the time she’s just screaming for attention. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Or when she’s really in her feelings she’ll crawl towards you then just collapse onto the floor face down and cry for a few seconds then repeat the sequence. She’s suuuuuper dramatic. Don’t know where she got that from.😉🤔

Mine has also been throwing tantrums since he was about 6 months. Throws his head back, crying, kicking, the whole lot. Glad I'm not the only one experiencing this as I was wondering where he learnt it from haha

Oh yeah, he throws tantrums anytime I tell him no or move him away from something he shouldn’t be messing with. Full on banshee screams and throws himself to the ground kicking his legs and shaking his head back and forth.

Yep. When I take her empty silicone feeder away after she finishes the fruit inside she loses her mind. Also when I try to clip her nails. I have to put on her fav videos (Dave & Ava on YouTube) so she's distracted enough not to yank her hands around and won't make me nick her/cut them too short on accident. Of course now the problem is when I turn that off, lol. Luckily if I distract her with a picture book, she calms down pretty quick. Distraction or redirection usually works for us, thank goodness.

Ugghh yes my son just started a couple weeks ago. 😂 He sits really well but doesn't crawl yet, so if you sit him on the floor and walk away he hits his legs against the floor and gives the fakest cry ever lol

Yep all the time he has been throwing tantrums since he was 4mo old. He will kick, throw himself to the floor, knock things down. It’s bad!!  Whew I’m going to have a stubborn hard headed one lol

If he starts gagging and we take the food away from him, like take it from his mouth to stop the gagging, he loses his ever loving mind.
