Well I have been pretty quiet the past few weeks, I had a transfer of 3 early blasts on 7/3, which results in an early miscarriage, my beta should be downtrending but instead now it has started to do a slow rise - 700, 480, 438, 77, 101, 126, 172. This has been going on now for almost 3 weeks, nothing is observed on ultrasound and apparently as rare as it is in this case since the hcg is still in my system, I’ve just ovulated. At this point I’m supposed to go into the clinic tomorrow morning and get a methotrexate shot, which apparently is the low dose chemo med?? Has anyone done this, if so what are the side effects. I can look it up all day on google but I’d like to hear from someone that has had this injection before. Oh and I hear that now we will have to put all <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> on hold. I had just scheduled to see a reproductive immunologist since there is a possibility I also have a rare blood disorder. If it’s not one thing it’s another, right?! I guess I’ll take this time to relax, get in a new mindset and lose some weight perhaps 🤷🏻‍♀️ thanks for the support!
