I’m panicking!!

Had my first ultrasound today at 6w1d. I did <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> so I know conception date. The tech said I’m measuring 5w5d. We only saw a gestational sac and yolk sac, no fetal pole or heartbeat. Of course now I’m freaking out. Has anyone else experienced this!? Help ease my mind please I go back next week
