Open relationship

Been with my husband since 2013. He is not a jealous person. He actively suggests I sleep with other men. Sometimes talking about it actually turns him on. He has a very low libido and feels if he can’t take care of my needs sexually then I should be able to get them taken care of elsewhere. I sleep with one guy pretty much once a month outside of our relationship. Husband knows about it and it’s not an issue. Issue for me is that I want my husband to want to have sex with me. I know he has a very minimal sex drive and I knew that coming in to this. I love him very much but wonder if there is something I could do different to turn him on more. Other than sleeping with other people or talking about it.
