A couple of days ago my daughter woke up with these rash looking spots on some parts of her body, arms belly and now face. What are they cause I thought maybe it was the heat as my flat is always far too hot. Does it look like a sweat rash? And if so what can I do for it? Cooling my flat down is really hard, fans going all day long, windows and doors all open and it’s still 29 degrees.
